Radio London: a lone voice against the hypocrisy

Today, at 20:30 on Rai Uno began Radio London, the daily strip by Giuliano Ferrara. A good, very good news. Finally, as with the joy of the illegal regime that defies the tune in a clear voice, we will be able to hear the first time in a voice far different from the monoculture that has reigned in RAI. Finally, we will have a daily period to activate the brain.
giulianone said he will not spare anyone except the Pope Another good, very good news. Ferrara, moreover, is the leader of those strange lay devotees who are the real novelty in the Italian cultural scene. So far, even here, the only model prevailing in TV public was to Augias Conrad, a member of a bigoted and reactionary anti-clericalism. It is beautiful and useful to hear a different voice, from the pack.
A voice, above all, who does not want to be a hypocrite, like the ones the other day to the streets waving the Constitution and listened to Mr. Ingroia, magistrate, who attacked the government on a reform of the justice that has not even arrived in Parliament. You can wave the Constitution and see, simultaneously, to its destruction. This is the hypocrisy of which I speak.
Ferrara will definitely go down in a heavy, using the right to freedom of opinion which can not be just a privilege of Santoro, Saviano, Fazio and Travaglio. Already today denounced in an editorial that "the partisan struggle of part of the judiciary against the legislature, unprecedented in a country any liberal, is an institutional scandal." And then explained the three simple reasons to reform the justice. Here they are.
1) The separation of careers is something very appropriate and in fact already in place in other countries. The investigating magistrate must be equated with the defender, while judges who must stand above the parties.
2) The magistrate must be accountable to citizens when exercising their profession. Currently, the law is not equal for everyone. The magistrates destroy, when they are wrong, persons, and never pay. We need to change.
3) It can not be tried a second time after being acquitted: "Here the principle is that you can give sentence on the basis of free conviction of the judge, a purely subjective criterion. But that freedom must be anchored to the objectivity of the court to a certainty as the basis for a review in due process. "
On the reform proposed by the government is registering the widespread public and that a little 'far-fetched "third pole. On the other hand, it is really difficult to take a contrary position prejudicially without giving the impression being made of the interests of caste (the judges) or, more simply, you do not want to give in to Berlusconi, simply because after we could no longer say that "did nothing". Especially since it is clear that this reform will take time for approval, a longer process to be carried on the prime minister. Apart from the usual Di Pietro with its peons, who, as usual, is making a fool is Bersani. Which again is only able to say "no ruling.
And finally, those in mid-stream it is the judges, strongly tempted to defend themselves as a caste, reaching even to threaten a strike (as if they were taxi drivers) which is something inconceivable. If the Judiciary is one of the state, noted the other day Ostellino Piero, has its own channels in order to defend his case (and this is the point at which it is quite disgraceful performance of Mr. Ingroia square, which is not can defend itself with a simple "I expressed my opinion). The show that some judiciary is offering us is disturbing, "because - writes Ostellino - show a level of degradation and de-legitimization of institutions undermines the very foundations of our democracy. (...) Here is questioning the credibility of the constitutional state. "
short, there is something at stake very important. And that's why I greet with joy the return of Ferrara on TV and I tune in every day with his Radio London. Do we need fresh air and someone who has the courage to speak out from the crowd!

school: sex with children

The news comes from the weekly Times: "After the courses mandatory sexual Zapatero of Spain, the United Kingdom as many as 16 municipalities have decided to introduce sex education even in kindergarten. The manuals are obscene. A mo 'comics are seen parents having sex, complete with explanations of the positions possible and how is the act, with explicit mention of penises and vaginas. The lesion of the right to freedom of education is that over the Christian Institute English are the same parents to rebel. "
So goes the world, friends. There are people around who, without any sense of decency, the limit of sensitivity and respect that should be for children, propagates a very early initiation of sex, but for now, and just for now, hopefully, theoretical. These people know full well what kind of political-ideological training comes from. They are the heralds of a hellish mix that brings together left and relativistic nihilism. Obscene and disastrous ideology, whose devotees are the stupid servants (when well-meaning) of world economic power that has to make money with everything. Actually, he already wrote: Just read "Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, who in 1932 staged this killing and the violence on children (in the novel, the boys started right away, and so required, to toys sex, which are part of the state school).
This new culture of the state, this single thought that spares no one, is literally imposed from above, and it becomes very difficult to oppose. I read for example, always on time , who last March 9, "was sentenced to 43 days in captivity in 2006 a mother who had refused to pay a fine of 2340 € for refusing to participate in their children against sexual courses to their Christian beliefs. Now, advocates of women, members of an institute for religious freedom, appealed to the European Court of Human Rights. Unfortunately, the Court always judges from federal and state laws and school is compulsory in Germany, so that for the same reason a family is staying in America with asylum for persecution of a fundamental freedom. "
And in Italy? We had to put up the morale of scum who got to watch the premier private only to give the famous "shoulder" (the one that never comes). It was the triumph of moralism of scum that has an ideological agenda in the lead very, very similar to that of Spain and the UK, which campaigns scum because there are vending machines in schools of condoms, scum who daily derides any talk on modesty, chastity, respect, continence, and then be offended if someone in his private acts like everyone wants to behave.
They want to give a shove to the "pig" to take power and then make us all ask ourselves cheerfully. It is the communism of the pigsty. Not say these things, not make them public if they keep hidden. But we know very well where to hang, what they really want. If you do not admit it because they have a damned afraid of losing votes yet, literally disappearing from the national political scene. Can not speak, and in fact do not even know what their program. They just shocked, to distance, to whimper.
say that Italy is our disgraced abroad. Points of view. We also disgraced, but at least, at least for now, there are imposed on the pigs that are made in Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany. Those nations that have so disgraced, to be ashamed of. That means that it is a school policy and educational degenerate, inhuman, criminal. In those countries the family has to suffer the dictates of a state school that passes easily on the consciences, the values, education imparted by parents.
This scum has the moral issue in the closet, like a skeleton uncomfortable. We must unmask, anyway, should reproach that stupid and ideological destruction of any value on human sexuality, pernicious legacy of the revolution of the sixties and we must pull down from the pulpit on which loves to lie, by showing that it is not worthy of any pulpit.
And do not need many words: it takes events like those occurring in the United Kingdom. Moreover, the tree is known by its fruits more ...

Gum Spur After Extraction

The blood of martyrs who defeated communism

The word "martyrdom" is not a concept to be relegated to the imagination of the early Church. It characterizes every moment and every age of Christianity, and today we have a dramatic response in Asia, particularly in the Middle East. Last century, moreover, marked a dramatic return of anti-Christian persecution, which is what most emblematic moment of the oppression of totalitarian regimes, in their various forms.
Most of these martyrdoms occurred under the communist regimes. The subject was addressed by the historian and theologian George Weigel, biographer of Pope John Paul II, who in recent months is facing so systematically the issue through a series of lectures in the United States and Europe, entitled The Communist War Against the Church. New Evidences from the Past and Lessons for the Future . "Twenty years after the collapse of the Berlin Wall - Weigel says - the memory of all that is fading." Yet we are talking about a real war that fielded spies, moles, secret agents, propaganda, disinformation, to the final solution of the gulag.
A major contribution of unpublished news comes from well-known "Mitrokhin archive" in this and other sources for Weigel drew his last biography of John Paul II, The End and the Beginning. Pope John Paul II - The Victory of Freedom, the Last Years, the Legacy, released in the U.S. last September. "The war against Communism, the Catholic Church - said Weigel - the ways in which it was conducted, the Church of resistance (some failures, some success) is an important warning for the future, as well as a contribution to the clarification of the past. Since the October Revolution, the Church was for the Soviets a 'mortal threat to their plans and interests'. " While the USA was the main military and political opponent, the Vatican was the main ideological adversary, as well as the main obstacle in exporting the ideals Marxists, in the Third World, particularly in Latin America.
Against this background lies the Soviets was sensational: Throughout the Cold War, the Kremlin denied it ever, even in diplomatic relations with the Holy See, any persecution of Christians behind the Iron Curtain. Lying and consciously lies the Soviet foreign minister has repeatedly held that in their country of religious freedom was protected. In the last years of the Cold War, however, were primarily services the Soviets to supply the black legend of pope Pius XII anti-Semitic and conniving with the Nazis. Destroy the reputation of the Catholic Church and its chief representative was the only way for the triumph of real socialism.
The first three decades of communism, are characterized by a more or less tenacious resistance from the national churches: emblematic in this sense, they are figures such as Cardinal Ukrainian Josyf Slipyi for almost twenty years imprisoned in the gulag, or of Bishop Aloysius Stepinac, Croatian controversial bishop, considered a martyr and a fascist by the anti-communists, as alleged collusion with the Ustasha regime. In this first phase, the historical figure "winning" is, however, notably that of the primate of Poland, Stefan Wyszynski, a witness of faith in a country rust Catholic who managed to resist the orthodox, Protestant, and in the last century, to Nazism and communism.
In the 60s the convening and conduct of the Second Vatican Council, with the arrival in Rome of many bishops behind the Iron Curtain, it represented a wonderful opportunity for the KGB, the Stasi, the SB and all intelligence services of European communist regimes to take stronger control of the Vatican from the inside. The Ostpolitik of Pope John XXIII, he pushed a strategy of caution toward the opponent, who on many occasions proved to be skillful in his work of corruption of many prelates and curial officials.
In 1978 the election to the papacy of Cardinal Karol Wojtyla, archbishop of Krakow and worthy disciple of Wyszynski, sparigliò cards the table. Since the '50s, Wojtyla was considered a real loose cannon for the stability of communism in Poland. Became pontiff, John Paul II was well aware that the communist secret services were well established in the Vatican, changed the strategy: "The documents, which deal with Poland and other sensitive business - says Weigel - were no longer entrusted to the Secretary of State but kept all ' inside the papal apartment, away from speculation. " That Slavic pope was considered a "subversive", responsible for an "ideological struggle" aimed at damaging the socialist regimes. The failed attempt on the life of the pope on May 13, 1981 represented by no means the end of the war communism to the Church. A few months later, in fact, Poland is proclaimed martial law and repression intensifies. Among the martyrs of this difficult transition figure Jerzy Popieluszko, chaplain of Solidarity, a Polish priests loyal to the pope and most fiercely anticommunist. The war was total and unconditional ceasefire.
The first lesson to be learned from this story is that "Catholicism and Communism - Weigel said - and gave the world two radically different visions of human nature, human community, human origins and human destiny." In other words: they were incompatible with one hundred percent. It is from this incompatibility that resulted in the strategy of John Paul II, who was second in an ongoing real struggle between Good and Evil and the pursuit of a victory of freedom over tyranny was something much more visionary than a political compromise and Social evolution in the sense of both blocks.
that of religious freedom remains an open question in many communist countries, post-communist (China, Vietnam, North Korea, Cuba) or Islamic, whose regimes, so not too sheer, inspired by the Nazis or Leninism. But history has taught us that "appeasement did not work nor Napoleon, nor with the anti-clerical regimes English or Mexican and even in the region of, after the Nazi Anschluss, "says Weigel. Just also look at conditions in which the Catholic communities in Eastern Europe: Czech Republic and Hungary, where the acquiescence of the bishops to totalitarian regimes reached its highest level, the church is in deep crisis. Exactly the opposite of what is happening in Lithuania, Ukraine and especially in Poland.
The other great lesson for the future concerns the relationship between the Catholic Church and Russian Orthodox Church, and between the Vatican and Russia. The church of Rome and Moscow are in fact united by the extraordinary number of martyrs who have shed their blood during communism. And it is the blood martyrs in our time, the seed of the Christian victory. "Their sacrifice - Weigel concludes - and what can we learn about the virtue of fortitude (ie, courage) will never be forgotten."

How To Put On A Walking Cast

The crisis of the Italian Risorgimento and

On the sidelines of the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy. "Italy is made, it remains to make Italians."
is the most famous phrase in Italian history, delivered in those fateful days of unification by one of its most intelligent players, Massimo d'Azeglio, already critical and disenchanted.
not easy to explain how profound truth there was in this statement, which still constitutes a source of reflection and debate among historians and political scientists. In this bold and provocative sentence contains in nuce the whole issue of the Italian Revolution: the unification had not been implemented just as the Italians already were homeless and suffered from it? The movements, plots, conspiracies, attacks, wars, had not been made to free Italians from intolerable and brutal oppression of foreign and indigenous?
Furthermore, another is not a minor issue: the Italians, "you do"? A population is created by the war and plebiscites, or people there already? And if you get to feel like a need expressed by d'Azeglio (which it may be the reasons and beyond the question provocatively), not perhaps one should not conclude that the unification was not wanted and felt by Italian populations but has been imposed on them by a political and social elite?
As you can see, these issues can be found in the main causes of dysfunction that 150 years from tearing society and national history, and in particular it exists, more immediately, one in all, the most serious, the most unresolved : the division of our people. Just the very principle of "having make Italians "shows that he had deliberately renounced the ancient Italian identity in the name of a new road, antithetical to the true Italian civilization, and subversive. It was chosen
short of denying and destroying the real Italy (in fact, that the protagonists of the Risorgimento - and with them all in the decades following risorgimentisti - called "Old Italy") in the name of "the new Italy." Namely, an Italy that no longer universal, no longer Catholic, soon to even more monarchical in short, no more "Roman" and, therefore, not "Italian." It was necessary in other words "make Italians", as if always existed, that is different from the way they always were and they wanted to stay.
in recent decades has started (and is growing ever more intense and engaging) a review of historical events - and their players - which led the Italian national unification process of the Risorgimento and the consequences on the national history of the twentieth century . A nucleus growing number of professors, historians and political scientists began to question certain aspects of the Italian Risorgimento and specific moments that were too easily encoded by the current dominant historiography - and then presented to generations of Italians for decades - as assumed indisputable, and on which we wanted to establish the 'collective imagination "of the Italian people as regards their national state.
In particular, there are some ideal times more precise and dramatic history that some nodes are more concerned these scholars. The first among them to attract the interest of historians has been, since the sixties, the revolt of the southern populations against the unitary process in defense of the Church and the Bourbon dynasty, known as "banditry" antiunitario, now rich topic of study the investigation, but that does not stop certain to stir controversy and division among experts and among the uninitiated. In the same vein is located antigiacobine the problem of outbreaks that occurred after the Napoleonic invasion: now, from "taboo" in our history, truly mystified and boycotted for decades, in recent years has become one of the most exciting page.
Over the past few years, then, is also flowering studies of Catholic, aiming to re-process the Risorgimento in the specific aspect of the war the church heroic conduct under the guise of national unification. The war against the Catholic Church and local traditions carried from the Risorgimento had as its object the death of the Pope as the Papal States to unification, but of the Pope as the Catholic Church, Like many of the most famous and lesser-known players of those days always had to declare publicly and testifying by their actions: it was a war conducted without scruple of any sort, which wounded deep in the Catholic identity of the Italians.
But, since the eighties, other aspects of the unification of Italy and united movement of the twentieth century and have been reviewed by various authors and historians, often non-Catholic - though not anti-Catholic - (sectarian terrorist Mazzini, the farce of the plebiscites, the endemic corruption, the emigrazionismo, nationalism, and then the Great War, Fascism son of the Risorgimento, September 8 and the "death of the fatherland" ideological civil war and hatred, etc.., to this day).
The conclusion, in different ways and for different routes, has always been the same, however: the finding of no real unity of the Italians, namely the apparent failure of what was the very purpose of the Risorgimento, the creation of a new national identity for Italians. It's a whole world of cultural and ideological beginning to falter under the pressure of the need and desire for the truth about the history of our people will finally be known by all.

Sure Cure Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

The heroism of Shahbaz Bhatti, a martyr for Christ

Shahbaz Bhatti was a man in search of fame. Although Pakistani government minister, ran without an escort. It was not even a "political" in the common meaning of the term. That for minorities was for him a true vocation, and in his country the concept of minority is not the West, referring to the normal interplay of public opinion in which those who have more free votes in government and those who are less comply, and can peacefully express their dissent.
Being in the minority in Pakistan is synonymous with marginalization, isolation, poverty, and persecution. The biggest mistake of Bhatti was to belong to these minorities, as a Christian. His greatest strength was to be a true Christian, that is without compromise with the world and with the knowledge that their mission does not end with death and violence of the enemies will never win. But who was really
Shahbaz Bhatti and why the Islamic fundamentalists have so brutally murdered on 2 March? He himself describes: "I just want a place at the feet of Jesus I want my life, my character, my actions speak for me and say that I am following Jesus." Words that would do credit to any Christian, any place and time. Bhatti, however, was born and lived in Pakistan of the twenty-first century: a country where freedom of religion is limited and where there is the shameful laws against blasphemy and blasphemous to where (the face of religious freedom and secularism that the Europeans love it ...) you do not intend any offense to worship only and exclusively to Allah and Islam, which is devoted 96% of the population. And probably no country in the Islamic religious intolerance is reaching alarming levels as in Pakistan since the case of Asia Bibi has become known to international public opinion, for Christians there is no truce while the 45 year old farmer of Punjab risk stoning for having politely criticized the prophet Mohammed, the On 4 January, the governor of that province, Salman Taseer (Muslim), was assassinated by his bodyguard for having expressed their opposition to the blasphemy law. In Pakistan, fundamentalist violence is not so much a political issue as a cultural problem, sadly rooted in the people. The government in Islamabad - which Shahabz Beat, the only Christian minister was part - tepidly condemned the attacks and is proving powerless (perhaps conniving?) Before the destructive fury of the fanatics. On the other hand, there is a large part of religious people blinded by hate. Not only the application of the blasphemy law is far restrictive and that many sentences are imposed for specious reasons: he is acquitted he sees his life endangered, vulnerable to attacks by fanatics who seek to summary justice in place of the courts. The few Christians in the country, for their part, have a hard time turning the other cheek. Has aroused great anger because the government's decision to block, for safety reasons, the entrance to the church where the funeral was held the minister killed: even the victim's family have been left out.
The real problem is not the strategy to be adopted from the inside: it is that Christians remain silent in order not to give his side reprisals (as he had hoped the bishop of Lahore, Lawrence Saldanha), whether aloud reclaim their rights, they are always under fire. The biggest responsibility is, rather, out of the international community and NGOs will have to exercise the necessary pressure on Islamabad to repeal or at least mitigate the blasphemy law.
While the situation lends itself to international diplomatic dilemmas hamletic and too many disturbing shadows, the light is right counterpoint to the testimony of Shahbaz Bhatti, a man who, before the needy, the poor, the hungry and thirsty never pulled back, even at the cost of their lives. The commitment to human and Christian Bhatti were for one thing. "I say that as long as I live, until his last breath, I will continue to serve Jesus and this poor, suffering humanity," he said in an interview the minister assassinated. "I do not want popularity, I do not want positions of power," insisted. He then took their positions in government, for pure spirit of service. As is often ruthless in the dynamics of power, Bhatti had been proposed to abandon its humanitarian ambitions in exchange for a rapid rise in prestigious roles. He had the courage to say no, at the cost of threats and attempted attack against himself and against his family. But Shahbaz Bhatti, aware that, as Tertullian says, "The blood of martyrs is the seed of new Christians," had long since accepted their fate, whatever it would be: "I consider myself privileged if (...) Jesus would accept the sacrifice of my life. I want to live for Christ and for Him I die. I feel no fear in this country. "

Pvc Pipe Burst In Freezing

Between Rosy Bindi and Gianfranco Fini ...

What they have in common Gianfranco Fini and Rosy Bindi? According to the book "Tour of the Catholic Right," written by Peter Vassallo and published by Editions Solfanelli, the two "are the perfect interpretation of two unpleasant choices, which - eventually - find themselves in mutual sympathy for the absence of a real political plan." According to Vassallo "An impressive string of blunders and misunderstandings that have alienated Catholics [Bindi] by their natural political position and the right [Fini] Catholic from its natural roots." Pierre Vassallo, who was born in Genoa in 1933, is professor emeritus of the Theological Faculty of Northern Italy. President of the Writers' free North West, author of numerous books, essays and articles. Also for issues Solfanelli is about to leave his "Right False Icons." Intrigued by the clever arguments and the vast culture of Vassallo, the Optimist has interviewed
D. What happened to Gianfranco Fini? Why are marrying the Palace of Culture, radical, anti-Catholic and anti-people? It always has been, or is it a change dictated by political expediency?
Gianfranco Fini was trained at the School of Giorgio Almirante, idealistic, unprincipled and Pirandello at war with the principle of identity and non-contradiction (definitions only apparently paradoxical: after all Almirante betrayed the duplicity of his thought confessing to have two "gospels" The letters of St. Catherine of Siena and the Prince of Machiavelli). Along the way Fini has abandoned the idealism (a lightweight, for him). You fascist state without knowing the culture of fascism, a Catholic (he was awarded the Order Plan, the papal honor given to distinguished personalities for their faith!) Without knowing the catechism, and is now without knowing the secular philosophy of the Enlightenment. His policy is one, nobody, one hundred thousand.
D. What do you mean Catholic right? What are the cultural foundations and politicians? We
the definition of a right-wing Catholic Clemente Solaro della Margarita, "I'm right those who have at heart the good of religion and state." The theoretical source of the modern right is the doctrine of natural law formulated by Giambattista Vico, and (in it) the theory of "Cesar", which contemplates the figure of a policy to resolve the tension between mob justice and oligarchy.
D. The Catholic Church has denounced the mistakes and explained the dangers of ideology and Marxist-Leninist from the beginning of the Communist International. How was it possible that, after Vatican II, there were many Catholics who have become activists in the PCI and subsequent variations on the theme: Olive, Democratic Left and now the Democratic Party?
the late twenties Catholic culture has been infiltrated historicist creeping opinion (he showed masterful Father Antonio Messineo) in the essay by Jacques Maritain, Integral Humanism. In consequence of this infiltration has spread a state of mind contemplating the need for a political agreement between the Catholics and the revolutionary left (seen as unwitting carriers of Christian needs). As pointed out in his essay Paolo Emilio Taviani autobiographical memory, the leaders of the Christian Democrats were occupied by maritainiani convinced. Pius XII tried to rectify the political culture of the Christian Democrats (see for example the Christmas radio message in 1944). For its part, has suggested Guido Gonella (1944) Dc to a constitution in accordance with the principles of traditional Catholicism. Unfortunately, De Gasperi has ignored the teaching of Pius XII and rejected the draft constitution proposed by Gonella. The DC was thrown headlong into the path marked by Maritain. The results of this choice are unhappy under the eyes of all. The desired reconstruction of a political movement of Christian inspiration, therefore, should begin by reading highly critical of De Gasperi.
D. Along with the Nazi-Soviet regime was the most brutal and violent regime of the twentieth century. What the two ideologies have in common? And why we talk so little of the fall of the Berlin Wall and the defeat of communism?
Nazism and communism have in common hatred of the God of justice. Communism and Nazism were able to tolerate a powerless Christ, separated from the ancient Testament (I think of the German Christian movement in the Third Reich and Stalin's appeal to Russia in 1941 deep). But at the end of the two doctrines is the rejection of the God of Moses (rejection initiated by Sigmund Freud and the avant-depth neoagnostiche - Marcionite - left and right). One can not understand the essence of the two ideologies that have bloodied the twentieth century without reference to the common hatred of the God of justice.
D. What characteristics do you think Catholics should be involved in politics?
Catholics in politics should groped the difficult business of living in accordance with the Decalogue. Then they should understand that you need to start dismissing chimeras associated with the doctrine (and maritainiana Dossetti) that led the Democrats to fail. The beginning can only be a severe study. The political talk show, Vanity Fair and foolish, should be strictly avoided. First of all Catholics should, in fact, assimilate (by reading the works of Michele Federico Sciacca) the fundamental distinction between philosophy and sophistry, and the distinction of politics as production of the common good only as the policy of seizing power. So why should assimilate the Catholic philosophy, that deal with such authors as Cornelio Fabro, Augusto Del Noce, Maria Adelaide Scratching, Antonio Livi, Giovanni Cavalcoli, and so on. Without a solid cultural basis of political activity is useless if not harmful. Finally, should design a program to address the tragic hidden emergencies, such as birth control, the painful disintegration of families, the craziness of Saturday evening, the increase in suicides. Attention to these problems must be distinguished from other Catholics, who agree only on the economic front (and often only on the front of the chat).
